Arab Weather - The Kingdom is still exposed to a state of atmospheric instability since last Wednesday, as the rains were concentrated on Wednesday and Thursday in the southern and eastern parts of the Kingdom.

And on Thursday evening, the rainfall extended, thank God, to the rest of the northern and central regions of the Kingdom, with the expansion of the state of atmospheric instability. The rates of rainfall varied due to the nature of the atmospheric instability, and the southern regions, especially the Karak and Tafilah governorates, witnessed good amounts of rainfall.

The following are the amounts of rainfall recorded in all regions of the Kingdom during the 24 hours until 10 am on Friday 3-7-2025, according to the Arab Weather Stations Network:

  • Petra / South Taybeh 13.5 mm
  • Zarqa / Rajm Al-Shouf 18 mm
  • Salt/Stairs 4.2mm
  • Tafilah / Al-Ays 29 mm
  • Karak / Palace 27.6 mm
  • Kefir Grinding 6.6mm
  • Ajloun / Rasoun 2.8 mm
  • Amman / South Bnayyat 5.1 mm
