وتحدث الريالات عن مفهوم الاستمطار والطرق العلمية له وعن تجربة الاستمطار في الأردن بالاستعانة بالخبرة التايلندية الغنية في هذا المجال.

 

وقد حضر المحاضرة عميد كلية الهندسة وعدد من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في قسم الهندسة المدنية وطلبة القسم.
