Arab Weather - The Kingdom has experienced moderate, spring-like weather over the past few days, which affected the Kingdom as a result of a moderate air mass advancing towards the Kingdom, which led to a drop in temperatures. The cold weather was evident during the night, dawn, and early morning hours.
God willing, temperatures are expected to rise during the day on Thursday, remaining around average. However, the Kingdom will remain under the influence of a spring-like air mass in general. The weather will be moderate to warm in general during the daytime, but will turn relatively cold at night.
Arab Weather forecasts indicate that a hot air mass is approaching the Kingdom next Friday, coming through Africa. The front of this hot air mass is expected to affect the Kingdom during the day on Friday, causing temperatures to rise significantly, reaching 5-7 degrees Celsius above their seasonal average.
On Friday, the weather will be relatively hot and hot in all regions, while it will become very hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with the appearance of high clouds and moderate southeasterly winds.
Arab Weather experts said that forecasts indicate that the hot air mass will continue to advance toward the Kingdom on Friday night, with this likely to be evident in the rise in temperatures on Friday/Saturday night. The weather will become moderate during the night hours and noticeably warmer than before.
On Saturday, the Kingdom will be clearly affected by the hot air mass coming across the African lands. Temperatures will continue to rise, and the weather will turn hot in all regions, and extremely hot and exhausting in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Maximum temperatures there will exceed 45 degrees Celsius, and perhaps more, during the afternoon hours of Saturday. Meanwhile, temperatures will approach 35 degrees Celsius, and may exceed that in the capital, Amman, with a temperature difference of approximately 15 degrees Celsius compared to current days.
