God willing, the low-pressure system is expected to begin affecting the region starting from the afternoon hours, with large amounts of rain clouds moving from the Mediterranean Sea towards the coasts of Syria and Lebanon. Accordingly, heavy rain is expected to fall starting from the Syrian coasts and reaching some inland areas. God willing, the rain will reach many areas in Lebanon and will be in the form of snow over the high mountain peaks.

Strong winds are stirring up dense dust storms inland and causing rough seas along the coasts.
