A rainy low pressure system in the western Mediterranean is accompanied by stable weather in the east.

Arab Weather - The latest satellite images within the Arab Weather app show that the western Mediterranean countries are exposed to cumulus clouds surrounding the center of a deep-seated low pressure system in all atmospheric layers, accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity and thunderstorms, especially in the northern parts of Tunisia and Algeria.

In contrast, the eastern Mediterranean region is devoid of any significant clouds, as a high pressure system dominates all layers of the atmosphere. This comes amid the stable weather conditions in Palestine and Jordan so far. Meanwhile, Turkey, Syria, and Lebanon have been hit by multiple low pressure systems in recent weeks, causing rainfall in several regions and even snowfall on the peaks of Turkey.
