موقع ArabiaWeather.com- توفي 40 شخصا على الأقل بسبب ارتفاع درجات الحرارة في السودان، 13 منهم في منطقة وادي حلفا في أقصى شمال البلاد.

 

وقالت مصادر طبية إن معظم المتوفين من كبار وصغار السن والمصابين أصلا بأمراض السكر والقلب.

 

وطالبت السلطات المحلية في وادي حلفا، الحكومة المركزية بدعمها بالكوادر الطبية بسبب تفاقم تداعيات ارتفاع درجات الحرارة.

 

ومع قلة الإحصاءات، رجحت وسائل إعلام سودانية أن يرتفع عدد ضحايا موجة الحر إلى أكثر من 100، خصوصا مع انقطاع الكهرباء في مدن رئيسية.
