وأشار البيان إلى أن العاصفة المدارية "أشوبا" في بحر العرب أصبحت على بعد 170 كيلومترا عن سواحل السلطنة بين رأس الحد وجزيرة مصيرة. وستمتد تدريجيا إلى محافظات شمال الشرقية والوسطى ومسقط والداخلية وجنوب الباطنة خلال الـ48 ساعة القادمة.
