وعُثر على جثث القتلى في دار للمسنين الواقعة في مدينة إيفاتي شمال البلاد، دون الإشارة إلى تفاصيل أخرى، وفقا لمصادر في الشرطة اليابانية.

 

وضرب الإعصار "ليون روك" اليابان مساء الثلاثا، والذي تسبب بإجلاء نحو 170 ألف شخص من منازلهم، الى جانب انقطاع  التيار الكهربائي عن أكثر من 10 آلاف منزل، وإلغاء نحو 100 رحلة جوية داخلية
