Jordan: Temperatures to drop starting Monday, no signs of heat waves.
Arab Weather - The latest outputs of computer simulation models at the Arab Weather Center indicate an additional and temporary rise in temperatures on Sunday, becoming higher than their general averages for this time of year. However, temperatures will start to decrease again from Monday, and this decrease will increase during Tuesday and Wednesday, to become around or slightly below their usual averages, in the absence of any indications of the Kingdom being affected by heat waves during the coming days, God willing.
The expected weather conditions can be summarized according to the following points:
Sunday
* Relatively hot weather during the daytime in various regions, and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba regions.
Temperatures exceed 30 degrees Celsius and approach the mid-thirties in some cities and neighborhoods.
* At night the weather is generally pleasantly warm.
Monday
* A slight decrease in temperatures to around 30 degrees Celsius in the capital Amman and various high mountain areas, and lower in some regions.
Typical summer weather during daylight hours.
Pleasant weather during the night hours, tending towards coolness during the late night and dawn hours.
Tuesday and Wednesday
* Further decrease in temperatures, temperatures will be around or slightly below their general averages by about 2-3 degrees Celsius, and the maximum will be recorded in the high twenties Celsius in the capital Amman and the high mountain areas.
* Typical summer weather during the day.
* Pleasant weather at night, tending towards coolness during the early morning and late night hours.
And God knows best.
