In the details, it is expected, God willing, that all the governorates of the Sultanate will witness on Tuesday medium to heavy rains accompanied by the occurrence of thunderstorms, starting from the governorates of Musandam, Al Buraimi, North Al Batinah, Al Dhahirah and Al Dakhiliyah, and the rain will gradually spread to the rest of the governorates with the passage of daylight hours. It is expected that this rain will be of high abundance in some areas, which may lead to the flow of valleys and reefs, and perhaps torrential rains in some areas.

During the evening and night hours, the groove of the depression gradually moves to the east, and the chances of thunderstorms are concentrated at that time in the governorates of Al Sharqiyah South, Al Wusta, Dhofar, and perhaps parts of North Al Sharqiyah, while the chances of rain weaken in the rest of the governorates, God willing.

And the Arab weather recommends, in light of these circumstances, to follow the following guidelines:

• Staying away from the valleys and streams of torrential rains due to the high risk of runoff, especially in the afternoon.
• Be aware of the dangers of rising water levels and the occurrence of water bodies.
• Take shelter inside buildings when thunderstorms occur.
• Pay attention to the dangers of increasing levels of dust in the atmosphere as a result of the activity of downward winds that monitor thunderclouds.
