France will be exposed to heavy rain on Tuesday morning, specifically the city of Lyon and its surroundings, which may lead to the formation of torrents and the rise of water levels on the roads, with it extending in the noon and afternoon hours towards the eastern cities with varying intensity, and forecasts indicate a decline in the chances of rain on Wednesday night.

These precipitations extend to Italy, where at dawn it is exposed to heavy rains, especially the northern regions, specifically the city of Genoa, while extending during the day, to include the regions of central Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia and Croatia, with varying intensity, sometimes accompanied by lightning and thunder, which causes floods. Floods will form and will continue until dawn and Wednesday morning.

The countries of Spain and Portugal are also exposed to heavy rains in the noon and afternoon hours as a result of the approaching deep depression accompanied by strong winds, so that the heavy rains are concentrated in the border area between the two countries, and the intensity of the rainfalls is expected to decrease with the dawn hours of Wednesday.

Forecasts indicate that scattered rain will continue in the countries of northwestern Europe, including the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, the Czech Republic and Poland, with relatively cold to cold weather prevailing in all regions.
