Jordan: 68 cases of Coronavirus were recorded, including 55 local infections

Injuries, recovery and examinations:

• Today, (68) cases of the new Corona virus were recorded, as follows:
• (55) Local cases were distributed as follows:
• - (38) cases in the capital, Amman, in contact with previous injured.
• - (8) cases in Zarqa Governorate, close to the previous injured.
• - (6) cases in Irbid governorate, in contact with previous injured.
• - (3) cases in Al-Balqa governorate, contact with previous injured.
• - (13) external cases, distributed as follows:
• - (11) cases among those coming from abroad, who are staying in quarantine hotels.
• - Two cases of Arab nationality, coming for the purposes of medical tourism.
• This brings the total number of cases in the Kingdom to (2301) cases.
• - (28) cases of recovery were recorded today, (24) in Prince Hamzah Hospital, (3) in the area for isolating the injured in the Dead Sea, and (1) in Queen Alia Hospital.
• (11875) laboratory tests were performed, bringing the total number of examinations to (873,205) tests.

Other actions:

- The total curfew hours in the governorates of Amman and Zarqa end at exactly eleven o'clock tonight, and after that the normal curfew hours that are applied in all governorates of the Kingdom begin as usual, and continue until six o'clock in the morning tomorrow, Saturday.

In light of the high number of local injuries, the Ministry of Health calls on everyone to adhere to Defense Order No. (11) for the year 2020 AD, to follow safety and prevention standards, wear masks, and not hold gatherings of more than (20) people, and use the (safety) app, and the (your health) application. .
