Arab Weather - The outputs of the numerical models processed and developed by the Arab Regional Weather Center indicate that the Kingdom is affected by a cold air mass with temperatures below average relative to this time of the year on Friday and Saturday, and as a result, night temperatures drop significantly compared to the previous nights, starting at night. Cold to very cold weather and possible frost in the Sharah Mountains and Eastern Plains

The weather during the night of Friday / Saturday and during the night of Saturday / Sunday will be cold in all regions of the Kingdom, very cold over the high mountainous heights and the eastern plains and the southern Badia, coinciding with an increase in surface moisture levels and relative calm in wind speed and a decrease in the percentage of clouds, especially Saturday at night, and it is expected that it will form Frost in parts of the Sharah Mountains, the southern Badia, and perhaps the eastern plains.

Where the minimum temperatures in those areas drop to less than 5 degrees Celsius, while it is from 6 to 2 degrees Celsius in the rest of the regions.

In light of the clear cold in the atmosphere, the farmers are advised to take the necessary precautions and cover the crops in the areas prone to frost formation, and to pay attention to the effect of the cold weather on livestock as well.
