The directorate stressed the safe use of heating devices of all kinds and the provision of adequate ventilation from time to time and not to risk cutting off the road in case the water level rises, whether on foot or by vehicles.

The Public Security Directorate also called on citizens to call the unified emergency number (911) if the need arises.
