• "Takaful for the nation" is the essence of these efforts and programs that come as a necessary step in which the paths of health care and prevention are integrated with social protection in the face of the crisis.
• Through this expanded summary, the Prime Minister, and a group of fellow ministers and officials, would prefer to announce these programs, and their details will be available to citizens quickly through the media and our official media platforms, and there will be an explanation of the mechanisms of their implementation, their premises and the desired goals.

While Dr. Omar Al-Razzaz, Prime Minister, stated the following:

• Today we are entering a new stage in which all preventive measures will continue, and we must move to a stage called acclimatization and adaptation, and the indicators indicate that the Corona epidemic will not go and will not end in days, weeks, and maybe not months, and the situation of people is difficult
• Our numbers are good, the number of those recovering is greater than the number of those who fell ill, and we must remain careful and prepare for the worst case scenario.
• We were one of the first countries to start direct measures, and we had two models: the first is dealing with the herd, 70% are injured, hospital admits about 10%, 5%, and 2%, and deaths, and countries that have accepted this equation that Jordan has not accepted and will not accept
• Jordan did not accept dealing with this crisis in accordance with the "herd" policy, as some countries did.
• Since the beginning of this crisis, the great Jordan, led by His Majesty, our master, has set the finest examples of cooperation and collaboration.
• We gave the most amazing examples of solidarity and mutual support
• We will announce over the past few days that allow sectors and professions to return to work in varying proportions of their workers

• The living situation is affected by many Jordanian families, and the private sector is affected with time, some occasions bear, and others face real difficulties, and we salute all private sector institutions and companies that did not leave their workers and paid their salaries for the month of March, and every facility will face difficulties if the situation continues
• A decision to donate the Prime Minister, ministers, and the higher ranks to Himat al-Watan, which is a basic fund for solidarity and donation, controlling spending and reducing spending aspects as a waste
• An important role for social security is to protect people from risks. We must be vigilant with the use of guarantee funds and the institution undertakes to secure the most vulnerable to poverty and unemployment at this stage.
• We must prepare for the next stage, which is the recovery phase

The Minister of Labor, Nidal Al-Batayneh, stated that 90% of the private sector paid the salaries of workers for the month of March, and 80% of the workers who ended their services returned

• There are establishments in the private sector that are authorized to work and there are others that are not authorized to work and rule in this matter is the preventive health standard and this situation has led to the presence of labor that does not work either in the institutions authorized to reduce the labor intensity of these establishments based on the request of the employer or in those Organizations that do not work and are completely suspended
• With regard to that employment that does not work or does not require work, currently the employer alone bears this burden and this cost, and therefore this defense order came, as it was made available to the employers in relation to the labor that does not work. The minimum wage, whichever is higher, but we do not want the employer to bear this burden on his own, so here comes the role of the Social Security Corporation in bearing a balanced portion of the burden imposed on the employer. • Solidarity Program 2 targets enterprises not covered by social security and gives them an opportunity to include workers with unemployment insurance
  
  • Each unemployed person in these establishments is allocated a monthly unemployment allowance of 150 dinars, and the establishment contributes 50 dinars per month
• A supportive program that provides the opportunity for each former social security participant to obtain advances on the one-off compensation account and allows the participants to secure the unemployment by obtaining part of the savings balance in the insurance of insurance, with a maximum of 450 dinars distributed in 3 monthly payments
• The Foundation will start receiving applications starting next Tuesday

While the statements of the Minister of Social Development were as follows:

• In continuation of the honorable Jordanian stand in the face of this ordeal, the government's duty, and under the guidance of the most luxurious Prime Minister, is to start by itself to contribute as much as possible in order to overcome this ordeal and mitigate the potential effects on the national economy.
• Donate 40% of the monthly salary of the Prime Minister.
• Donate (30%) of the monthly salaries of each of the Excellencies the working ministers and those of their rank or salary.
• Donate (30%) of the monthly salaries to each of the chairmen of the Boards of Commissioners, boards of authorities, authorities, and heads of public universities and their ranks.
• Donate (10%) of the monthly salaries of employees of the second group of the higher category and those of their rank, members of the boards of any authority or authority, and the executive directors of any public official institution or public corporation, government-owned companies, and members of the teaching staff of public universities.
• Donate (10%) of the monthly salaries to all employees working under comprehensive contracts for all bonuses whose monthly salaries exceed (2000) two thousand dinars
• The increase in the planned increase for the employees of the governmental and military agencies for the year 2020 will be suspended from 01/05/20 to 12/31/2020. Stopping the bonuses and overtime bonus for all employees whose total salary exceeds 1300 dinars, provided that the total salary of any of them after deduction is not less than 1,000 dinars
• Entrust the Ministry of Finance not to pay bonuses and the mobility allowances of government representatives on the boards of directors of companies to which the government contributes.
• Halting the payment of salaries (thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth, and sixteenth) in companies that are wholly owned by the government or where the percentage of government ownership exceeds (50%).
• Discontinuation of the monthly transportation allowance for all employees working in the ministries, or in any council, authority, institution, or public body affiliated with the government or in companies wholly owned by it.
• The monthly petrol allocation for employees of vehicles who use government vehicles will be suspended.
• Withholding (50%) of the financial dues of the users at the expense of purchasing services, who do not receive pension salaries, provided that no less than (320) dinars is spent for them, and to stop the payment of financial dues for this category who receive pension salaries.
• Suspension of appointments in all ministries, government departments, public official institutions, public institutions, authorities, authorities and companies owned by the government and the Greater Amman Municipality and municipalities until the date of 12/31/2020 for the jobs created on the job formation schedule for the year 2019/2020.
• The above items are excluded from employees whose work is during his tenure in the Defense Law.
