Jordan The Ministries of “Education” and “Digital Economy” launch the digital library of Jordanian curricula

<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Weather of Arabia - The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship launched the <strong>Curriculum Digital Library</strong> </p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Curriculum Digital Library is a digital platform on which joint technical cadres work from the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Digital Economy <strong><a href="http://manahej.moe.gov.jo">http://manahej.moe.gov.jo</a></strong> </p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Whereas, both ministries announced this platform in a joint statement saying that the speedy launch of the library officially came to support the Kingdom&#39;s students in the current circumstances, and to provide tools to support distance education efforts in the face of Virus Corona - Covid 19. </p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The library also provides visitors on the Internet with the ability to view Jordanian curricula digitally through computers, digital tablets and smartphones. </p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><br /> The library has been supported with a technology for browsing books that allows to view the curricula with high accuracy without the need to download the entire book file, allowing it to be reviewed without adding significant loads to the Internet. </p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> In addition to indexing the contents of books using the automatic reader of texts, which made the curricula searchable through the content, as this reader uses machine learning techniques, and although this technique is still promising to support the Arabic language, it has been able to identify most of the curriculum content and make it Searchable by students. </p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Although the library was launched experimentally, it recorded more than 50 thousand visits </p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> It currently contains curricula for grades from kindergarten to the scientific and literary twelfth and will be added later to the other branches. </p>
