Jordan: Declaring a state of medium emergency due to air instability

Weather of Arabia - The Ministry of Local Administration announced a state of medium emergency from Sunday evening until Monday, according to the developments of the prevailing situation of the depression, in light of the weather news bulletin, where many regions of the Kingdom will witness heavy thunder rain and hail in some areas, in addition to dust and sandstorms, Strong wind gusts.

And it asked the main emergency rooms in the ministry, municipalities, joint services councils, and municipal affairs directorates in governorates and districts to deal immediately with any emergency events that may accompany the state of air instability.

The ministry emphasized that the municipalities, joint services councils and municipal affairs directorates in the governorates and districts inspect the dangerous and hot areas in them on a regular basis, especially in the eastern, southern, northern and central regions of the Kingdom, and follow up on the required procedures during emergency cases.

The ministry asked the municipalities, councils and directorates to inform their main operations room of developments immediately, and to coordinate and cooperate fully with the administrative governors and other operating rooms of the Ministry of Public Works, Interior, Civil Defense, the Jordanian Armed Forces and the Greater Amman Municipality in their areas and to provide all the possibilities available to them to face emergency cases and events that may accompany wether situation.
