Experts at the Arab Weather Regional Center believe that tonight will be the coldest in the capital, Riyadh, since the beginning of the season, as minimum temperatures are expected to be around zero degrees Celsius in the northern parts of Riyadh at dawn and in the morning on Monday, while they will be slightly above zero degrees Celsius in the center and south of Riyadh, which means that very cold weather will prevail.
