Arab Weather - Weather specialists are monitoring what the latest computer simulation results for the movement of weather systems indicate regarding the continued impact of unstable weather conditions on large parts of the Kingdom, coinciding with a gradual influx of very cold Siberian winds that will affect the Kingdom's atmosphere during the coming days, causing continued rainfall, increased cold, and higher chances of snow in unusual areas!

Weather fluctuations will continue on Tuesday.

Rain is expected in several regions, with heavier rainfall in the eastern part of the Kingdom.

Weather experts via the Arab Weather app predicted that the Kingdom would remain under the influence of unstable weather conditions from Tuesday until midnight Tuesday/Wednesday, with clouds appearing and showers of rain falling at intervals and with varying intensity over different parts of Al-Jawf, the Northern Borders, Hail, and parts of the Riyadh region, reaching as far as the Eastern Province, which is expected to be affected by more intense and heavy rain, accompanied by lightning, thunder, and possibly hail.

Rain chances are expected to decrease across various regions starting from midnight hours, with the weather temporarily stabilizing across all regions, while the possibility of rain showers remains for parts of the northern border and Riyadh.

Extremely cold Siberian air is expected in the Kingdom on Wednesday.

God willing, unstable weather conditions are expected to return on Wednesday, with showers of rain expected in the Tabuk region and parts of Al-Jawf and the Northern Borders.

As night falls, the surge of bitterly cold Siberian winds towards the Kingdom is expected to increase, leading to a significant and noticeable drop in temperatures, reaching or near zero degrees Celsius in Tabuk, Al-Jawf, and Hail. This coincides with the flow of moist currents in different atmospheric layers, creating conditions for unstable weather and rainfall in these regions.

Weather experts at Arab Weather see a chance of rain mixed with snow or occasional snow showers on Wednesday night and Thursday morning, including – according to initial forecasts – parts of the Hail, Qassim and Al-Jawf regions and perhaps the far north of the Riyadh region, in addition to the Tabuk highlands, which are areas that are not accustomed to such precipitation.

On Thursday, unstable weather conditions will move across Riyadh and the Eastern Province in the form of a cold front, bringing heavy rainfall at times, accompanied by lightning, thunder, and hail. This will coincide with a sharp and significant drop in temperatures, with the high in Riyadh expected to fall to around 12 degrees Celsius, resulting in distinctly cold winter weather.
