Arabia Weather - Large parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be affected on Monday by a widespread and influential spring rainstorm, bringing with it heavy rains and hail according to the following chronology:

In the morning hours, the opportunity will be ripe for some thunderstorms in parts of the south and north of the eastern region and the northern border.

Gradually, during the afternoon hours, quantities of clouds multiply at different altitudes, interspersed with cumulus clouds, in several parts of the north, center, and east of the Kingdom, including parts of the Eastern Province and Riyadh, and may reach the capital, the northern borders, Qassim, Hail, and Al-Jawf. And some of the highlands of Tabuk, and it brings rain of varying intensity, accompanied by occasional thunderstorms and falling papyrus, which leads to the flow of valleys and reefs.

The winds are variable, ranging from southerly to northerly, and brisk in many areas, with sometimes strong gusts that stir up dust and dust before the rain falls. It also becomes suddenly active in some areas during the passage of thunderclouds and causes local and temporary dust storms.
