Saudi Arabia: Temperatures during the summer season, God willing, are higher than the seasonal average in most regions of the Kingdom, with expectations that it will record (50 Celsius) in some regions on more than one occasion.

Arab Weather - The seasonal weather forecast issued by the Arab Regional Weather Center indicates expectations of an average increase in surface temperatures in most regions of the Kingdom by about one to two degrees Celsius during the summer.

And the same bulletin issued shows the possibility of recurrence of heat waves in the Kingdom, which are expected to be severe at times, to record temperatures around 50 degrees Celsius in many parts of the regions (Sharqia, Medina, and Makkah Al-Mukarramah), especially during the month of August. On the contrary, the weather is generally mild in the resorts of the Kingdom, with chances of precipitation in those areas.

Regarding the conditions that cause high temperatures, the center's specialists said that it is expected that the Scandinavian air high will intensify, and this will lead to pushing cold air basins towards the western Mediterranean and an intensification of the subtropical air high on the Arabian Peninsula. As a result, temperatures rise as temperatures around the mid-forties prevail in several regions of the Arabian Peninsula, and are higher than their normal rates in many regions of Saudi Arabia, as they approach 50 degrees Celsius in some areas (mentioned above).
