The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will celebrate its 95th National Day on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, amid continued tropical humidity affecting the southwestern and western regions of the Kingdom, contributing to the emergence of weather activity coinciding with the National Day celebrations.

In this regard, experts at the Arab Weather Regional Center believe that the chances of weather fluctuations occurring in some highlands of Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha, extending to the highlands of Makkah and Taif, during the days of celebrations for the 95th Saudi National Day, will be likely, specifically in the afternoon and evening hours, accompanied by the following phenomena:

• Cumulus clouds will appear in the afternoon and evening hours, and the weather will turn partly cloudy to cloudy.
• Occasional showers of rain may occur, possibly heavy in narrow geographical areas.
• The same rain clouds are accompanied by thunderstorms and possibly lightning.
• Downward winds that stir up dust and dirt during thunderstorms
