<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr">Arab Weather - The island of Puerto Rico witnessed a tragic accident on Monday, as a lightning bolt struck a beach in the northern coastal town of Isabela as a result of stormy weather, injuring 3 children.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> A video spread on social media showing the moment lightning struck and the children fell.
