Al-Nashmiyat team crowned the West Asian Championship 2022

<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr">Weather of Arabia - The women&#39;s national team crowned the Seventh West Asian Women&#39;s Championship 2022 for the fifth time in its history, after beating its Palestinian counterpart 4-0, in the match that was held on Sunday evening at Petra Stadium, in Al-Hussein Youth City, to win the title with the full mark and through three consecutive victories.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Member of the Executive Board of the Jordan Football Association and Chairperson of the Women’s Committee Stephanie Al-Naber handed over the championship cup to the women, in the presence of the General Secretary of the Federation Samar Nassar, Secretary General of the West Asian Federation Khalil Al-Salem, and member of the Executive Board of the Lebanese Federation, Asaad Sablini.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Maysa Jbara won the tournament’s top scorer award with six goals, while Rond Kassab won the best goalkeeper award, while the Lebanese Laila Iskandar won the best player award in the tournament.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The team represented in the match: Malak Shenk, Maysa Jbara, Aya Majali, Lana Firas, Al-Anoud Ihab (Noor Al-Mashaikh), Raneem Al-Daoud (Enas Al-Jama`in), Tasneem Abu Al-Rub, Taqi Ghazi (May Swilam), Lyn Al-Battoush (Tahrir Al-Qawasmi), Rosabhan Freij ( Alia Nael), Bana Al-Bitar.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The national team imposed control of the match, and controlled the ball from the beginning of the first half, and managed to open the score through Jabara at the 22nd minute.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> With the beginning of the second half, Al-Bitar scored the second goal (51) after receiving a wonderful ball from Jabara, to return the latter and consolidate the result with two goals (60) and a penalty kick (74), to end the match with the victory of Al-Nashmiyat 4-0.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The coach of the national team, David Nascimento, confirmed the entitlement of the players to win the title with the full score, &quot;We played a strong tournament against technically advanced teams, and we were the best and deserved the crown for the second time in a row.
