Northern and Southern Badia regions: All roads are open with caution.

The Directorate called on citizens to take caution and use public safety means while driving, avoid leaving homes except for the utmost necessity, and to stay away from low-lying areas and torrential streams, and to comply with the instructions of the public security men deployed on the roads to guide and assist them.
