A dense dust storm is forming in northern Egypt and will reach Jordan early Saturday morning and afternoon, following expected rainfall tonight.

Arab Weather - Arab Weather satellite images indicate the formation of a sandstorm at this time to the north of Egyptian lands, as a result of cold and fast winds blowing over those areas, which led to the stirring up of dust and its rise in the atmosphere.

God willing, this sandstorm is expected to extend eastward and reach Jordan during this night and tomorrow, Saturday, where the levels of dust are expected to increase significantly in the atmosphere, and the weather will become generally dusty at dawn and during the day tomorrow.

There is also a chance of showers of muddy rain, coinciding with continued dusty conditions.

Recommendations :
It is advised to close windows tightly and avoid direct exposure to dusty conditions, especially for those with respiratory and eye problems, and to be careful while driving on roads due to reduced visibility.
