It will become a tropical storm within the next 6 hours, and the center of the tropical condition will cross through Al-Mahra Governorate in the Republic of Yemen during the hours of tonight and tomorrow morning. The center is currently about 280 km away from the state of Salalah, and the wind speed around the center is estimated at 64 to 28 knots.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The coastal states of Dhofar Governorate are now witnessing rains of varying intensity, and the descent of a number of valleys and reefs. It is expected that the impact on Dhofar Governorate and the southern parts of Al Wusta Governorate will continue during the coming hours with heavy to very heavy rains of (50-300) mm, leading to the flow of valleys and reefs.
