Urgent | Postponing the intermediate and secondary exams tomorrow in Kuwait and disrupting studies at the Applied University due to weather conditions

Arab Weather - The Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Kuwait, Dr. Ali Al-Mudhaf, will stop studying tomorrow, Monday, 3/1-2022, for students in all public schools (public education, religious education, special education) and private schools in all their Arab and foreign academic systems, due to the weather conditions that the country is going through, and the instability of the weather.

It was also decided to postpone the exams for middle school students and the tenth and eleventh grades, which were scheduled for tomorrow, Monday, in addition to disrupting the attendance study for Kuwait University, the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, the Academy of Arts and private universities, provided that each party announces its own procedures on its official website.

In a press statement, Al-Mudhaf confirmed the continuation of working hours for members of the educational and administrative bodies in all schools and educational districts, provided that the exams for students for the intermediate stages and the tenth and eleventh grades will be rescheduled through a statement issued by the ministry today.

Al-Mudhaf indicated that work is underway by the leaders of the Ministry of Education and district officials to monitor the state of schools and take the necessary and quick measures to solve any problems or damage they may have suffered as a result of the current heavy rains.

The Ministry of Education affirms its concern for the safety of our students, members of the educational and administrative staff in schools, and all workers in the Ministry's general office and educational areas.
