Irbid Electricity: We dealt with 350 observations that have been processed, and the duration of the power outage did not exceed 30 minutes

<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><strong>Weather of Arabia</strong> - Bashar Al-Tamimi, Director General of the Irbid Electricity Company, said that the number of subscribers affiliated with the company&#39;s services is 600,000, distributed over the governorates of Irbid, Jerash, Ajloun and Mafraq.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Al-Tamimi added to Roya, on Friday, that the company dealt with 4,500 calls received, which were divided into observations and malfunctions, most of which were in Irbid governorate due to the large number of residents.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> He pointed out that 350 observations and electrical malfunctions were dealt with, as they were fully addressed, stressing that the duration of the interruption did not exceed 30 minutes, and all were treated at 7 am on Friday morning.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> He explained that the Irbid Electricity Company made preparations and increased its readiness this year and last year, by raising the capacity of transformers.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Regarding the Ajloun governorate and the heavy snowfall it witnessed, and the thickening of the snow, Al-Tamimi confirmed that traffic mechanisms were distributed on the heights and reinforced with chains to reach all areas.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> He pointed out that the company&#39;s call center receives approximately 90 calls per minute, which are delivered to technical centers and workshops.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> He explained that the Irbid Electricity Company made preparations and increased its readiness this year and last year, by raising the capacity of transformers.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Regarding the Ajloun governorate and the heavy snowfall it witnessed, and the thickening of the snow, Al-Tamimi confirmed that traffic mechanisms were distributed on the heights and reinforced with chains to reach all areas.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> He pointed out that the company&#39;s call center receives approximately 90 calls per minute, which are delivered to technical centers and workshops.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> He indicated that the number of field teams reached 150 teams, distributed among 115 vehicles in the four governorates.</p>
