Arab Weather - There are two days left until the end of August, which officially marks the end of summer and the beginning of autumn in the northern hemisphere. Will weather patterns bring significant changes to the Kingdom in the coming days, especially in terms of temperatures?

Details of the weather conditions in the Kingdom for the coming days and the first days of September

Initially, autumn is expected to begin meteorologically in the regions located in the northern hemisphere of the Earth next Monday, the beginning of the first day of September. This is according to the World Meteorological Organization, which divides the seasons of the year into three months for each season. Considering that autumn is actually three months, autumn meteorologically begins on the first of September and extends until the end of November.

Weather forecasters at Arabia Weather said that the latest weather maps indicate that the Kingdom will remain, during the coming days and the first days of September, under the influence of the same weather system currently in effect, as the Kingdom remains under the influence of a moderate summer air mass. Therefore, God willing, temperatures are expected to remain around their usual rates, or slightly lower, and the weather will be normal summer weather in various regions and moderate in mountainous areas during daylight hours, while temperatures will drop at night and the weather will become cold, especially during the dawn and early morning hours, with the appearance of low clouds.

Arab Weather experts said that the latest updates on air mass movements in the northern hemisphere do not indicate any significant changes in the weather in the Kingdom, as hotter or colder air masses are not expected to approach the Kingdom. The Kingdom will remain, God willing, under the influence of the same air masses currently in effect for at least the first week of September. Therefore, God willing, no significant rises or falls in temperature or even rainfall are expected.

Arab Weather experts reported that climate statistics for rainfall in the Kingdom for September are generally weak and do not represent any percentage of the rainfall throughout the year. The average rainfall in the capital, Amman, during September is 0.1 mm, which is very low and almost non-existent compared to the autumn and winter months.

It's worth noting that the chances of cooler, more humid autumnal air masses approaching the Kingdom gradually increase as we progress through the fall season, that is, after the autumnal equinox at the end of September, which begins this year on September 22. Rainfall chances improve further during October and November, God willing.
