Very heavy thunderstorms (50-250 mm), and these weather conditions are accompanied by risks of torrents and floods in some cities, including (Benghazi, Al-Marj, Al-Bayda, Derna, Tobruk, and Shahat).

The sea will be very rough on the Libyan coast extending from Ras Lanuf to Derna, with the possibility of sea water extending to land in low-lying areas, while it will be moderate to rough on the rest of the Libyan coast.
