Arab Weather - Meteorologists at the Arab Weather Regional Center said that nighttime temperatures over the next two days will be noticeably lower than usual. Temperature differences between day and night will be significant, reaching around 10 degrees Celsius or more in some areas, necessitating the need for warmer clothing, especially late at night and at dawn.
The latest numerical model outputs indicate that minimum temperatures will drop to between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius over the high mountain peaks, including the capital, Amman, and the eastern plains. Minimum temperatures will reach around 6 degrees Celsius over the peaks of the Sharah Mountains and the eastern Badia region, which will be the coldest in the Kingdom.
The weather will generally be cold at night (especially after midnight and in the morning), with occasional active westerly winds. Therefore, Arab Weather advises wearing clothing suitable for the cold weather, particularly during the dawn and early morning hours, particularly in the high mountainous areas and eastern plains.
With nighttime temperatures dropping in the coming nights, temperature differences between day and night are expected to become significant, ranging from 10-12 degrees Celsius and even higher in the east. Therefore, the Arab Weather website warns of temperature differences and cold weather during the night hours, which contribute to an increased risk of colds and seasonal illnesses, especially among children.
And God knows best.
