Arab Weather - Al-Ara'is Pool is one of the rarest natural pools in the north of the Kingdom, and its water level has begun to noticeably decline recently.

Al-Ara'is Pool is a unique environmental landmark in Irbid, forming an integrated ecosystem that attracts numerous migratory birds and wildlife, in addition to serving as a natural breathing space for local residents.

According to environmental experts, declining rainfall in recent seasons and rising temperatures have contributed to accelerating the drought in the lake, threatening environmental disruptions that could impact the region's biodiversity.

Experts recommend that relevant authorities develop a comprehensive plan to protect the lake, including monitoring water levels, developing mechanisms for harvesting rainwater, and raising environmental awareness among surrounding communities.
