With the appearance of quantities of clouds at different heights, so that the opportunity remains ripe for showers of rain from time to time in various regions, it may be heavy sometimes, especially in the morning hours, and fog is formed over the high mountain heights as a result of the crossing of clouds touching the surface of the earth.
