As for the domesticated varieties that are used as an ornamental plant in public gardens and roads, they have a variety of colors: white, purple, lilac, and burgundy.
It propagates by planting its seeds during the winter. It is a plant that loves moisture and sunlight, and therefore it blooms in our country in the late spring.
It is also widely used in the Levant as part of the famous so-called flower tea.
