Arab Weather - The National Center for Meteorology expects the active winds that stir up dust and sand to continue to affect parts of the Madinah, Hail, Tabuk, Al-Jawf and Northern Borders regions today, Thursday, as well as parts of the Qassim, Riyadh and Eastern regions, which may lead to almost zero horizontal visibility, while the formation of rain-bearing thunderclouds over the highlands of the Asir region is not ruled out.

The center explained that the wind movement on the Red Sea will be northwesterly to westerly on the northern and central parts at a speed ranging between 20 and 40 km/h, reaching 50 km/h on the northern part, and southeasterly to northeasterly on the southern part at a speed of 10-28 km/h, with wave heights ranging between one and two meters on the central part and reaching two and a half meters on the northern part, while the sea state will be moderate to rough in the north.

In the Arabian Gulf, the winds will be northwesterly to westerly, turning southwesterly in the evening over the northern part at a speed of 12-38 km/h, reaching 48 km/h over the central and southern parts, with wave heights of half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching two meters, and the sea state will be light to moderate.
