The National Center of Meteorology expects most regions of the Kingdom to experience a significant rise in temperatures during the last quarter of 2025, with an increase of up to 4 degrees Celsius above normal in Tabuk and Medina.

According to the report, the Kingdom is expected to witness wide fluctuations as follows:

• October: Scattered to very heavy rains in parts of Makkah, Riyadh, Al-Baha, and Asir.
• November: Heavy to very heavy rains in Qassim, the Eastern Province, the Northern Borders, Makkah, Riyadh, Al-Baha, and Asir.
• December: Rainfall gradually recedes, with scattered showers continuing in the southwestern highlands and some areas of Al-Jawf and the Northern Borders.
