The latest weather forecast issued by the National Center for Meteorology indicates that a number of regions of the Kingdom will be affected during the weekend by the first possibility of cloud formation and rainfall this year. These opportunities are expected to include 8 administrative regions, sometimes accompanied by increased wind speed.
This includes Al-Jawf, the Northern Borders, and Tabuk.
The latest forecasts issued by the National Center for Meteorology and the Arab Weather application indicate that cloud cover will gradually increase on Friday, starting from Al-Jawf and the northern borders, and there is a gradual chance of rain showers, including at times limited parts of the Tabuk region. The same areas will also be affected by active westerly winds with strong gusts at times, which will stir up dust and sand.
Weather experts at the National Center for Meteorology and the Arab Weather app predicted that unstable weather conditions would develop over parts of Taif, Medina, and the Makkah region, with clouds increasing and the opportunity for showers of varying intensity during the evening and night hours. These rains may also extend to some coastal areas, such as Jeddah, for limited periods on Friday night and Saturday, in addition to limited parts of Asir and Al-Baha.
