Weather of Arabia - A satellite image showed the magnitude of the dust storm affecting many parts of the Kingdom since Thursday noon, amid almost a lack of horizontal visibility in its areas of influence.

 

It is noteworthy that this dense wave of dust rushed from the Iraqi lands towards Hafr Al-Batin with the hours of noon on Thursday, and continued its movement towards Al-Qassim with the hours of Thursday/Friday night, accompanied by a significant decrease in the range of horizontal visibility.

 

The dust mass has been in place for several hours in the areas of Hafr Al-Batin, Al-Qassim, and the north of the Riyadh region administratively due to the western and southwestern winds resisting it.
