The Al-Bawarih winds are strongly active in southern Iraq, Kuwait, and eastern Saudi Arabia.

According to meteorological analyses, these winds originate from southern Iraq, where active to strong northwesterly winds are recorded, with some gusts reaching approximately 70 kilometers per hour, leading to the formation of dense dust waves. The dust resulting from these winds is expected to gradually extend to include three Arab countries:
