Arab Weather - The latest satellite images captured show the presence of large amounts of clouds in the Arabian Sea and accompanying the eastern wave, which is expected to affect the Sultanate in the coming days.

Heavy amounts of high clouds are flowing towards the sky of the Sultanate, interspersed with some medium clouds, working to bring light showers of rain to limited and scattered parts of the Sultanate, especially the Dhofar Governorate and parts of the Al Hajar Mountains.

The reason for the formation of these clouds is due to the rush of moist jet streams in the upper layers of the atmosphere towards the Arabian Peninsula.

We put in your hands a link to follow the satellite images to follow the development of thunderclouds, moment by moment.
