Watch: Large hailstones fell a short while ago in the far north of Irbid Governorate.

Arab Weather - In conjunction with the beginning of the Kingdom being affected by unstable weather conditions, the Arab Weather Air Operations Center received pictures indicating the falling of large hailstones in the far north of Irbid Governorate, especially in the border areas, particularly near the Jordanian Al-Hamma areas.

This was the result of the development of strong thunderstorms that affected the region, accompanied by locally heavy rainfall and heavy hail during a short period of time.

As of the time of writing, no significant damage has been reported as a result of the hailstorm, praise be to God.
