Arab Weather - Local sources reported a collapse in part of the main road linking Karak and Tafila, which affected traffic in the area.

According to initial information, the collapse was a result of the region being affected by recent weather conditions and the accompanying rainfall, which caused weakness in the road structure and partial collapses.

The relevant authorities are working to deal with the site and take the necessary measures, amid calls for drivers to exercise caution, follow traffic instructions and avoid using the road until the maintenance work is completed.
