Arab Weather - The latest weather maps from Arab Weather indicate that a relatively cold air mass will sweep towards southern Europe next week, specifically towards the middle and end of the week. This will lead to the formation of a low-pressure system that will directly impact Italy and some of its neighboring countries.

The low pressure system is expected to cause a drop in temperatures and heavy to very heavy thunderstorms across large parts of Italy, Croatia, and several countries in central and southern Europe, increasing the risk of flash floods in some areas.

Weather forecasters at Arab Weather said that the low pressure system will begin affecting Western Europe by the middle of next week, and its effects will extend to North African countries in the form of a state of atmospheric instability. It will continue moving later at the end of the week towards the east and northeast, affecting Southern Europe and later some countries in southeastern Europe. However, it is unlikely to reach the eastern Mediterranean and the Levant due to its northeastward movement, which distances it from the region.
